Refund policy

All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.
